Kunimare Sake Brewery was founded by Taizo Honma in 1882. It is Japan's northernmost and one of the few remaining breweries surruonded by beautiful Hokkaido wilderness. Kunimare Hokkaido Junmai Daiginjo is made from the finest Hokkaido rice 'Ginpu" polished up to 40%. The crystal clear water used in this delcious sake comes from the famous Shokanbetsu mountain range.

國稀北海道純米大吟釀使用北海道最好的米「吟風(Ginpu)」,由40%的精米步合釀造而成。決定清酒美味的關鍵之一的泉水,則是來自於「暑寒別岳」山區的天然純淨雪水。國稀的口感如絲綢般地柔順易入喉,酒液亦散發出淡淡的香氣。這款典雅的清酒適合搭配海鮮食用。
